What is the boring machine in CNC lathe machining? How to do the daily maintenance of the boring machine?

For the boring machine, its maintenance work is mainly to pay attention to cleaning, lubrication and reasonable operation.

The daily maintenance work of the boring machine can be divided into the following three stages:

1、Before boring machine work. Check whether the various parts of the machine tool are in good condition and whether the handle positions are normal; clean each part of the machine tool, observe each lubricating device, and directly pour oil on the machine tool rail surface for lubrication; start the machine at low speed and idling for a certain period of time.

2、The boring machine is working. The operation must be correct, the machine tool does not allow overload work, and the precision machine tool must not perform rough machining. If any abnormality of the machine tool is found during work, it should be shut down immediately for inspection.

3、After the boring machine works. Clean each part of the machine tool, move the moving parts of the machine tool to the specified position, and turn off the power.

Primary maintenance work of boring machine

Under normal circumstances, after the boring machine has been running for 800 hours, the operator is the main operator to perform a primary maintenance work, and the corresponding maintenance work must be performed after the power supply is cut off.

Maintenance is performed every quarter, and each maintenance operation time is within 4 hours.

Wipe the surface, cover and accessories of the machine tool to achieve internal and external cleanliness, no rust, and no yellow robe; wipe the screw, polished rod, rack; check and fill the screw, nut, handle (ball), oil cup, etc.

Check the boring bar and taper hole, require no oil, remove burrs, check and adjust the clamping rod of the spindle box; check whether the positioning of the operating mechanism and handle is accurate and reliable; wipe the flat rotating disk, adjust the gap between the plug irons; check the balance and wire rope joints And whether the pulley is safe and reliable.

Check the wire cup, nut and adjustment plug iron gap between 0.0 2-0.0 4 mm; check and adjust and repair the small rod and the rear shoe seat.

Clean the oil line, linoleum, and filter to make the oil path clear and the oil window clear; check whether the oil quality, oil volume, and oil level meet the requirements.

Overhaul the electrical box and electrical control system, dismantle and inspect the motor to achieve clean, safe and reliable inside and outside; wipe the motor and electrical box to achieve internal and external cleanliness; check whether the limit device and grounding are safe and reliable.

Operating system, finally cut off the power.
